Keto Calorie Challenge Day 12So, I decided to take on a 4K keto calorie challenge, and I have to say, it’s been quite an experience so far. Today is day 12, and I have to tell you, I hit a bit of a bump in the road.

Yesterday, I got kicked out of ketosis. Yep, you read that right. Kicked. Out. Of. Ketosis. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. I had been going strong for over a week and feeling pretty good, but then I ate something that threw my body out of whack.

Now, some of you might be wondering what exactly ketosis is. In short, it’s a state that your body enters when it doesn’t have enough carbohydrates to burn for energy. Instead, it starts breaking down fat into molecules called ketones to use as fuel. This can lead to weight loss and other benefits.
